About Us
BW Sports, LLC is a Sports Marketing Company whose main focus is to bridge the gap between athletes, business people, and youth with one idea in mind, to offer true life application experiences by hosting football mini-camps. After hosting the first camp in 1995, in Byron Williams' hometown of Texarkana, TX, Mr. Williams realized it was the "giving back" part that makes a huge difference. He decided to engage, teach, and encourage youth by becoming a mentor in the community and illustrating his leadership skills. He understands that kids today are faced with multiple challenges and one wrong decision could affect them for the rest of their lives. He believes important tools to empower them begin with listening, taking direction, and following through with something they have started just like in the game of football.
BW Sports, LLC has been heavily involved with American Youth Football, the Steve McNair Foundation, Bertrand Berry Foundation, the Bob Lilly-Randy White Ronald McDonald House, the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, and many other charity organizations. Through football mini-camps, active and former athletes touch the lives of many of our youth.

Byron Williams, an alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington, was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1983. He played 13 seasons as a professional wide receiver in the NFL, CFL, and World League. Byron continued his NFL career with the New York Giants from 1983 to 1986 playing his best NFL game in 1984 against the Philadelphia Eagles where he completed five catches for 167 yards and a 65-yard touchdown. Byron's best 40-yard time was 4.23 and his best 100 meter time is 10.13. Byron Williams, founder and director of BW Sports, LLC has successfully operated and managed youth sports camps for over 18 years through his company BW Sports, LLC. He has collaborated with American Youth Football, Camp Victory, Terrell Owens, Donte' Whitner, Brandon Jones, Kerry Rhodes, George Teague, Mike "Scooter" McGruder and many others. The vision for BW Sports, LLC is known throughout the country as the "one and only" true football camp and the training is second to none.

BW Sports, LLC is committed to the community and gives all youth an equal opportunity to perform to the best of their abilities through the elite program, Football Minicamps.
